Welcome to Northlake Urology, a partnership of board-certified urology physicians established by Dr. Stephen Watson and Dr. Harold Neitzschman.  This site was designed to inform our patients about the practice of urology and to share our enthusiasm about advances in the field.  The field of urology continues to grow rapidly with advances in prevention and treatment for a wide range of ailments, from genitourinary cancers to incontinence, kidney stone disease and sexual medicine.

We dedicate Northlake Urology and the information contained on these pages to our physician mentors.  Without their instruction and trust our accomplishments would not be possible.  While it is not our goal to make career our first ambition, we are indeed very fortunate to be able to make careers of the profession that we love.  Our work rewards us and healing is our ultimate mission.

Our website is always under construction. In due course, we hope to provide a full complement of urological information with links to additional resources , which may be used as a guide for comprehensive urology care.

New patients desiring to speed-up the introduction process please print one of the following new patient registration forms by clicking the appropriate link.  Complete the form and remember to take the form with you to the office to expedite the check-in process.  If you have problems viewing any forms on our website, click this link to update Adobe Reader.
